- DiSC;
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP-The science of understanding "HOW" a person thinks and produces results); and
- Human Needs Psychology (understanding emotionally "WHY" the person performs on the job like they do, this can not be measured in any standard assessment because it deals with the persons' emotions that are driving the behavioral patterns).
